About Us
We are Andy and Beverly of Hidden Pond Farm, artisan producers of organic, raw, fermented foods.
We also offer organically raised grass-finished beef and pastured poultry. We're located in Wayne County, Indiana, on the small farm that's Andy's boyhood home. Since we began in 2008, our mission has been to offer the health-giving foods that we’ve been enjoying the benefits of for many years.
We call raw fermented foods the "Forgotten Superfoods." These nutrient-dense, traditional foods have been largely missing from the standard American diet for generations. However, raw ferments are making a resurgence as more people take personal responsibility for their health and realize their amazing health benefits!
We make sauerkraut, beet kvass, kombucha, kimchi, BBQ, hawthorn berry syrup, elderberry syrup, juneberry syrup, honeyberry syrup and OUR BEST SELLER: SuperTonic.
We use local organic produce whenever possible, supporting local growers and the local economy. Our products are available at farmers' markets, health food stores, and co-ops. We hope we can help you on your journey to vibrant health.

Practices
Since we purchased our farm in 2008, we've been transforming our run-down 34 acres into a thriving regenerative farm. Our endeavors include raising grass-finished beef and pastured poultry using practices such as rotational grazing, chemical-free and non-GMO feed, free choice minerals, and zero pharmaceuticals.
